Payment Policy
Cyvril accepts the following payment methods for online checkout:
- All major debit/credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- Shop Pay: This payment method is supported by Shopify (our website provider) and allows you to store shipping and payment information to speed up the checkout process for future orders. If you've used Shop Pay on another website, your information can be automatically retrieved via your email address.
- PayPal: If you have a balance in your PayPal account, it will be applied to your purchase before selecting an alternative payment method at checkout.
- Apple Pay and Facebook Pay (Mobile only)
- Google Pay
Once you complete payment, your preferred payment method will be immediately charged for the full amount of your purchase (product cost plus shipping, if applicable). Please note that depending on the policies of your chosen payment provider, it may take 2-3 business days for the charge to appear on your account statement.
All recurring subscriptions will be automatically charged on the specified renewal date (every two weeks, one month, etc.). Recurring payments will be charged using the payment method provided during the initial purchase.

I have a promo code, but it’s not working. What should I do? You must enter the code exactly as provided, without spaces. Enter the code in the discount field on the cart page or copy-paste it there before proceeding to checkout.
Once you’ve entered the code, click "Add" and it will be applied to your order. If the code has been applied successfully, you’ll see the discount value, and the total amount of your order will adjust accordingly.
If your promo code still isn’t working, please check the following:
- You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This also applies to our free shipping codes.
If you continue to have issues with a promo code, please contact our customer service team.
When will my account be charged for my order? Once your card is authorized, payment will be processed immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order was successful.
If your card is not authorized, no payment will be processed, and we will send you an email notifying you that your bank or card issuer did not authorize the payment.
Please note that even if payment is not authorized, it may appear as though Cyvril has already deducted the money, as some card issuers may temporarily reserve the funds.
Is my data safe when ordering online at Cyvril? We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to enable encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address, and other critical details, including credit card information. Information transferred between your computer and our website cannot be read by others if intercepted.
This technology includes:
- Authentication – Ensures that your browser knows that your data is being sent to the correct server and that the server is secure.
- Encryption – Encodes the data so it can only be read by the secure server.
- Data Integrity – Verifies the transferred data to ensure it hasn’t been altered.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized card misuse, you must report the incident to your credit card provider immediately for security protection.
How do I use PayPal to pay for my order? To pay with PayPal, you’ll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It takes only a few minutes to create a PayPal account, and it’s free.

What should I do if I’ve been charged more than expected for my order? We apologize if you were charged more than expected for your order.
There are a few reasons why it might look like you were charged more than expected:
- If you’ve used a promo code, the discount may not apply to all items in your cart. Some promo codes have specific exclusions, which can be found in the terms and conditions provided with the code.
If you still believe you’ve been overcharged, please contact us and we’ll investigate further.
Do I need to create an account to place an order? Not at all! You can check out as a guest when you reach the checkout page. However, we highly recommend creating an account, as it will save you from having to enter your details every time you place an order. You will also be able to view your tracking information, receive our newsletter, and access discount codes.
