WHY CAN'T BEAUTY AND HEALTH PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The quickest way to resolve this is by providing a photo that shows the poor quality or damaged part of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to help with your order and prevent future errors. -
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED.
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please promptly send us a photo of the incorrect item you received. We value resolving this issue quickly and to your full satisfaction. We will send you the correct item free of charge. To make it easier for you, there is no need to return the incorrectly received item. -
CANCELING AN ORDER.
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. After 3 hours, the order processing will be completed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
